Meet the neighbors who keep the association running. Positions are elected annually at the December general meeting.
Teresa chairs the monthly general meetings, represents the association at city hearings and planning board sessions, and coordinates with the board on neighborhood priorities and advocacy.
View bio →Debbie supports the president, leads committee oversight, and is currently serving as Interim Secretary following the departure of the previous secretary. She manages meeting minutes and board correspondence in addition to her vice presidential duties.
View bio →Laura manages dues collection, maintains the association's financial records, and reports on the budget at each monthly meeting. She also handles any required filings with the City of Orlando.
View bio →Elections are held at the December general meeting each year. Any resident who lives within the Lake Formosa neighborhood is eligible to run for a board seat. Nominations open in November and are announced via email and at the November meeting.
Voting is open to all dues-paying members present at the December meeting. Board terms run January through December of the following year.
